Q) How Do I check on the status of my order?
A) After you place an order, we will send you an e-mail containing a link back to our Order Confirmation Page. There you will find information about your Order Status, and a UPS Tracking Link to Track your package. Or, you can always call us at 1-888-816-2540 when ever you have a question about your order.
Q) What notifications will I receive regarding my order?
A) The most frequent email notices we send out are to confirm receipt of your order, and to inform you as items in your order are shipped. We also send notifications about issues such as, but not limited to: an unexpected delay in shipping, problems with billing, and cancellation notices.
