RETURN POLICYDue to the collectible nature of some of our dolls, we are unable to offer refunds on the following Dolls. * Lee Middleton Artist Studio Dolls * Berenguer La Baby Special Edition Dolls priced at $99.00 or more. * Ashton Drake So Truly Real Dolls * Adora Limited Edition Dolls If there is a manufacture's defect with your doll, we will arrange with the manufacture to have the doll replaced, or repaired. Please notifiy us at once if you find a defect with your doll. Play Dolls are returnable as long as the doll, and it's packaging are intact. Shipping charges are non-refundable. When your item is returned you will be credited the original purchase amount, minus our original shipping charges to you. If your item shiped directly from the manufacturer, and you cancel after it ships, we will credit your card minus the shipping charges incurred from the manufacturer. | | |
